Ultra Man Meats Singularity

Patrolling a sector during the beginning of the Sulloain war, Ultra Man encountered a being of great power.
Ultra Man spotted this being moving a large moon, which was knocked out of orbit and hurtling towards an inhabited planet. This being then introduced himself as Singularity, an inter-dimensional explorer.
Ultra Man mentioned that Singularity must be strong to have moved that moon, but Singularity just jokingly said, "It was nothing, hardly any effort for my pinky."
Ultra Man and Singularity talked for a while, and Ultra Man mentioned the war that his people were now waging.
Singularity, having seen too many empires crumble in their own corruption. He saw so much potential in the Sulloain race that he wanted to help bring an end to their long blood shed war, and save one race from extinction.
Ultra Man then told that he was fighting for his home world, and their goal was to unify their entire empire under one government to stop the war.
With Singularity on the Sulloain's home world side, the war was greatly unbalanced, and Ultra Man saw how powerful Singularity is. He saw Singularity stop a fleet of ship single handedly. This didn't disturb Ultra Man one bit because he thought that with Singularity fighting on his side. He believes that the long violent bloody war will end quickly.
Some in the Sulloain welcomed Singularity, but most also feared him, and never trusted him even though he was trying to bring an end to the war.
Singularity on the other hand was deciding that what he was doing was a great mistake, and that his interference was making things worse for the Sulloian people.
Before things get worse, Singularity decided to stop interfering and leave.

Till this day, Ultra Man has great respect and admiration for Singularity.

Sulloain Empire

A highly advanced race, the Sulloain Empire occupied a large sector of the galaxy. The greatest concentration of their people inhabited huge capital planets, major hubs for their people. There were about 42 capital planets in the entire Sulloain empire including their home world. Sulloain people also occupied other smaller colonies on other planets, which numbered in the thousands.
Turmoil in their political structure between the capital planets caused the unbalance of their civilization. Each capital planet, like countries wanted power to control the entire empire. It then came to a point when each capital world declared war on each other to fight for control over the entire empire.
The war lasted a very long time, most of the other races just minded their own business since they didn't want to get caught up in the bloody war, and plus in some way were pleased to see that the Sulloains were destroying each other.
Towards the end of the war, the Sulloains used antimatter bombs to literally destroy each others capital planet, and the last planet to be blown to bits was the Sulloain home world, all the other planets, or the smaller colonies where all destroyed by conventional galactic war far. What’s left on those planets is ruined broken down cities that were left by the war, which are now prime relastate for other races to occupy and to plunder what was left of Sulloain technology.
